Q. Where can we post our plants?
Currently we are only able to post our plants to non-quarantine states such as QLD, NSW, VIC and SA. For non-plant products such as accessories, we post Australia Wide.
Q. What should I do if there is an issue with my order?
If there is an issue with your order upon arriving, please contact us immediately with photos of parcel so we can rectify the issue. However, we are not responsible for damages caused by Australia Post.
Q. Can I order from outside of Australia?
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Q. How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 1–3 days once dispatched. Keep in mind, we only post Monday and Tuesday to prevent parcels being delayed over the weekend. Orders placed before 5pm AEST will usually ship the same week. Orders placed after this may be sent the following week unless otherwise noted.
